Where individuals can recharge their minds, invigorate their bodies, and forge meaningful connections with a new community.

Our Origins

The Good Sauna first launched in the winter of 2022, originally as a seasonal activation at Feel Good, a Gastown-based group fitness studio.

For the second iteration of the pop-up, we partnered with Container Brewing to bring The Good Sauna to East Van’s Strathcona neighbourhood. Since October 2023, we’ve welcomed over 4000 people— hosting birthdays, run clubs, wedding celebrations, company retreats, and more.

This year, we aim to bring this concept to other areas of the Lower Mainland, each providing a unique setting for wellness seekers.

We offer a fresh perspective on the otherwise traditional Finnish sauna journey— providing a unique space to nurture your personal wellness practice, while gathering with friends new and old.

Rates

Each session is available to book for 1 hour 45 minute time-slots, both as a community drop-in or a private booking.

Bring your own towel and robe. Rental will be available soon!

Communal Sauna

$45 per person

A drop in service for individuals or smaller groups who don’t mind sharing the space with others. Up to 10 people.

Private Sauna

$450 per group

A intimate and private group session with up to 12 people.
