What is hot and cold therapy?

Hot and cold therapy involves moving from our wood-burning sauna to our ice tubs or cold shower. The cycle of hot to cold is repeated until the body is in a complete state of relaxation. This process dates back thousands of years to Nordic cultures and has many science-backed health benefits. Boost your immunity, release stress, and recover from a week of your busy lives. Our new experience aims to give you a place to connect, relax and unwind.
