Frequently asked questions.

What do I need to bring?

  • Bring a towel, water and warm layers for the rest time.

  • Sliders are mandatory on the pavement areas

What is the cancellation policy?

  • All cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are subject to full payment.

  • If you can no longer make your session and cancel within the cancellation period your credit will go back on your account to use for another drop in session.

  • All drop in sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase.

How does the waitlist work?

  • Please check if a session is waitlisted before signing up. You will still be able to sign up for the session but may be on the waitlist until a space becomes available.

  • To be admitted to the waitlist you will have to purchase a drop-in session, this is non-refundable but can be used at another time if you do not get into the session off the waitlist.

  • It would be best if you had your notifications switched on so you are made aware of getting into the session from the waitlist. Alternatively you can check your status through the Good Sauna/Feel Good mindbody account which you create to book your session.

  • You can be notified up to 1 hour before the session starts.

Do you provide refunds?

  • We do not provide refunds.

  • If you can no longer make your booked session you can use your pass for a future community sauna, as long as you cancel out of the session within the cancellation period.

Where are you located?

How long is the recommended hot/cold cycle?

  • We recommended giving yourself a test round. Be bold start cold with a cold plunge for 5-10 seconds, warm up in the sauna for 5-15 minutes and then take some rest time by the fire for 10-15 minutes and repeat. Increase your cold plunge time to 1-2 minutes on the next round if possible.

  • It’s important to note that everyone’s tolerance is different, if you need to do a shorter time in the cold plunge, or longer in the sauna please go at your own pace.

How much does the experience cost?

  • All drop-in communal sauna sessions are $45 for 1 hour and 45 minutes of use.

  • All private sessions are $450 for 10 people, with 1 hour and 45 minutes of use.

How many people can use the sauna at once?

  • The sauna can hold 8 people at once.

I’m pregnant, can I still come?

  • It is not recommended to use hot/cold therapy while pregnant.

Do we need to bring our own towels?

  • Yes. The Good Sauna runs on a BYOT (bring your own towel) basis. Bring sliders and warm layers for rest time between cycles.

Can I bring my own refreshments?

  • With the exception of a water bottle, no. We provide water fountains and complimentary tea.

  • Additional refreshments will be available from the brewpub

Are you open if it’s raining?
