A first of its kind, coming to Manchester. The Good Sauna is a pop-up hot and cold therapy experience originally from Vancouver, Canada.

We offer a fresh perspective on the otherwise traditional Finnish sauna journey— providing a unique space to nurture your personal wellness practice, while gathering with friends in the community.

Through our sessions, you'll release inner tension, calm the mind, boost mental clarity, and more.

Our Sessions

  • A drop-in service for individuals or smaller groups who don’t mind sharing the space with others.

    Up to 8 people.

  • A intimate and private group session with up to 10 people.

In one session, we recommend repeating this cycle three times for optimal results.

Step One

Ice Bath or Cold Shower

45 Seconds - 2 Minutes

Be bold, start cold— it’s Finnish tradition! Reduce inflammation, increase metabolism, stimulate your immune system, recover quicker from your workout sessions, and elevate your mood.

Step Two

Sauna

5 - 10 Minutes

Unwind and warm up in our wood-burning, temperature and moisture-controlled sauna with original Harvia stoves. Increase blood flow, improve circulation, and release those endorphins and toxins.

Step Three

Relax

15 - 20 Minutes

Lastly, sit around the fire, enjoy a complimentary beverage and take a moment to connect with yourself and others as your body begins to resume to its natural state.
